The music loving Shahid Kapoor and his audio speakers go together at private bashes

With his recent releases proving to be duds at the box office, Shahid Kapoor's next film has a lot of hopes riding on it.

But it looks like in the meanwhile, the actor has kept himself busy, opting to play DJ at several private parties he was a part of. And for his gig, Sasha apparently prefers to carry his own set of audio speakers as well.


Says a source, `It seems Shahid has found himself an alternate vocation. He makes sure never to leave his speakers behind at home. His mobile phone has a lot of music from hip hop to retro it covers all the genres.

He parks himself at the music console at bashes. ` In fact, some time back when he attended Shah Rukh Khan's party, he took over from the regular DJ. His friends say he is also trying to learn the ropes of the turning table and sound mixing.
