Singer- composer- actor Ali Zafar loves to listen to the radio. Hetells CS, "In India, the radio culture has grown in the past few years

However, in Pakistan, radio has been a huge form of entertainment throughout. Most of the exposure I had to western music was through the radio.

Stations there play jazz, blues, R&B, classical western and so on. I feel that good radio stations do a lot to promote music culture in a country.`

Reminiscing about his childhood, Ali says, `My mom was a huge fan of Bollywood numbers and ghazals, while dad loved classical music.` We're sure the radio must have been on all day long.
