They say neighbour's envy, owner's pride. But in Sonam Kapoor's case, looks like the actress is turning green

Insiders say the actress has taken a sudden fascination to the hue and is having her room painted in jewel tones.

According to those close to the actress, the colour's ability to infuse a dose of warmth into the surroundings as well as fill the resident with positive feeling is what helped tilt the balance in green's favour. So much so that Sonam's walk-in wardrobe will also sport a similar shade.

Says a source, `Whenever she returns home from her shoots, she immediately heads over to her part of the house her room and the study. She has been keeping a close eye on the developments. She's really enjoying her new role as an interior designer right now.`



A while back, we reported how Sonam had ordered for a total revamp of her room while she was away on a shoot abroad. `It's her treat to herself. She is giving a new look to her personal space.` The actress' spokesperson confirms, `Sonam was keen to have a European feel.`
