The buzz is that Sushmita will be playing the lead role 'Aisha' director Rajshree Ojha's upcoming film

Sushmita Sen has been missing in action from the big screen for the past few years. She was last seen in Anees Bazmee's No Problem in 2010. Though the actress is spotted at events and bashes, she has steered clear from Bollywood.

It now looks like Sush, who still looks a million bucks, will be back in the scheme of things. Buzz is that Aisha director Rajshree Ojha has offered her a role in her upcoming film. Sush was keen to turn filmmaker with a biopic on Rani Laxmibai, which however did not materialise. She then kept herself busy with her social causes. Says Sushmita, `Yes, Rajshree Ojha has approached me for her film.


They are in the scripting stage but I haven't signed the film yet.` Rajshree however maintains, `I am making a rom-com. We will make an announcement about the cast soon once the film is ready to go on the floors. We are looking at both known names as well as newcomers. The producer is a new name and I am presently wrapping up the script.` Sources however state that the filmmaker is keen that Sush star in the project but prefers to be tightlipped for the moment.
