Director Hansal Mehta may have to edit his ready-to-release film "Shahid" again for TV.

The film is based on the true story of slain human rights activist and lawyer Shahid Azmi who was killed in 2010.

"We will see what can be done about it. I am not saying I am okay with it. I am so busy with the theatrical release of the film that I am not thinking about anything else," Mehta said in a statement.
v The film is releasing with an A-certificate on Oct 18.

"We have made the film the way we believed it should be made. Censor board has certified it the way they thought it fit best. They are a responsible body. I hope they have certified it correctly," he added.

"Shahid" stars Raj Kumar in the lead role.
