Raveena Tandon is pretty thrilled to see the changes that have taken place in Bollywood in the past five years

She tells CS, `I love the organised manner in which the industry is functioning nowadays. It's drastically different from our times. Directors give you bound scripts, and so much time and energy is saved.

It is also nice to see that outsiders are getting a fair deal in B-Town. Our country has a number of talented people and it's time they got opportunities to showcase themselves before the world. New people bring in new ideas, which are quite stimulating.`
