Kai Po Che actress Amrita Puri has stepped onto the floorboards with American playwright Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie.

The play directed by Rajit Kapur has Shernaz Patel as as her co-actor. Amrita had done theatre before she was cast in her debut film, Aisha.
