Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi had an impromptu party in Goa last week.

The Dedh Ishqiya co-stars decided to catch up with each other over a drink. Arshad was attending his friend designer Wendell Rodricks' bash while Naseer was shooting for a film.

Says Arshad, `After Wendell's party, I extended my stay as I wanted a short holiday with my family who was accompanying me. When I got to know that Naseer saab was there, I called him. Despite the age difference, Naseer saab and I are like buddies -- we like to hang out together.`

Arshad adds, `Naseer saab came to my hotel in the night and by the time I introduced him to my friends and had a couple of drinks it was too late. We started feeling hungry and realised that the hotel's restaurant was closed.

So we went to the beach and found a small hotel, however, that too was closed. The owner recognised Naseer saab and called his chef and opened the hotel for us. It was really a nice gesture of him and we had a gala time.`
