If you thought that singer Sonu Nigam was only interested in music, you're mistaken. He tells CS, "I learnt taekwondo in 2001

I picked it up easily as I have a flexible body. In fact, I read a lot about fitness.

I feel I would have made a decent trainer (laughs). Over the years, I have worked hard on my fitness. This helped me develop my stamina, which enables me to sing continuously for hours in a concert. I can sing for four hours, which is a lot.

I do a mixture of strength training and cardio at gym for four-five days.` Hold on, it's not just muscle mania for Sonu, he's fond of studying about numerology, Vaastu and Feng Shui as well.
