Filmmaker gifted the title 'Tevar' held by Yash Raj Films to Boney Kapoor's film starring Arjun Kapoor

The project is the Hindi remake of the Telugu film Okkadu which starred Mahesh Babu.

Says a source, `Boney was keen on the title as Tevar (meaning attitude) fitted Arjun's character well. He then realised that YRF held the rights and it was a favourite of the late Yash Chopra.`

Adds the source, `When Arjun told Aditya Chopra about it, he willingly gave up the title.`

Arjun Kapoor says, `It makes me happy to know that I am close to Aditya Chopra and YRF. I had to ask Adi just once and without battling an eyelid, one of Yash Uncle's favourite titles was handed over to me. It is yet another small reminder that they regard personal equations above business.`
