Shahid Kapoor showed a soft side to him as he threw a surprise bash for his personal staff

Shahid Kapoor's party-hearty mood after the success of R...Rajkumar seems to continue. After throwing a bash for his close friends, the star had another party at his home, hosted especially for his staff.

A source says, `Shahid was keen to have a small get-together for his staff who have been working with him for a long time. His back-to-back commitments kept him busy. Now that he is on a break for a few days, he hosted a dinner for his staff members including his valet, driver, trainer, manager, make up artiste and hair-stylist at his place.`


The source adds, `Shahid is grateful to his staff as they have been a huge support for him. He considers them as part of his family. There was a lot of food, music and dancing at the party. He personally chose the menu for the evening.`

Shahid's spokesperson says, `It was a small gathering of the team which closely works with him. It was his way of thanking them.`
