TV actor Barun Sobti of 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon' fame to star in John Abraham's next production

Buzz is that telly actor Barun Sobti will star in a film being produced by John Abraham. Barun has earlier acted in Adeeb Rais's film, 'Main Aur Mr. Riight', which saw him pair up with Shenaz Treasurywala. The film has yet to see the light of day. He was also supposed to star in Mitali Ghosal's film, '22 Yards'.

Says a source, `Barun became a popular name after acting in the TV show, 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon', in 2012. He then walked out of the show to pursue his Bollywood aspirations and soon after, the show was taken off air. Though two of his films are stuck in the cans, he has now been cast in a John Abraham production. But this time around, he is keeping mum about the same.`
