Actor Jackky Bhagnani while promoting his movie 'Youngistaan' has appealed to the youth that they should work to bring about a change in the society. His co-star Neha Sharma ' while talking about Youngistaan' described it as 'a love story set in the backdrop of contemporary Indian politics'.

`For me, 'Youngistan' stands for the youth, by the youth and of the youth of India. The film is a common love story in a very uncommon premise,` said four-filmold Jackku, who plays a young politician in the film, to be released on March 28.

Believing the youth of the nation to be progressive and willing to make their voices heard, the actor said everyone should vote as it was not `just our right, but also our duty`. `Instead of complaining about our politicians, we should vote for the ones we believe can bring in change. Even if the party you support does not win, at least you know that you tried,` he added.

However, he chose not to reveal who he would vote for and instead, listed the people who influenced him, including Barack Obama and Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Neha Sharma, who was last seen in Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, said she believed that 'Youngistaan' was a watchable and relatable political drama.

Having worked in films down south, she said women in the industry were being given the `importance they deserved`. `While it is still dominated by men, I am happy that many women-oriented films are being made,` she added.

Here, Jackky chipped in, `She's as good an actress as she looks.` Neha added that she was `very satisfied` with the kind of films she was getting to work in.
