It looks like misfortune is in no mood of releasing Dabangg of Bollywood Salman from its claws. With the recent development in decade old Hit-and-Run case, Salman's past has once again returned to haunt this most eligible bachelor of Bollywood.

Recent reports pertaining to the hearing of the case which was scheduled to take place today in tinsel town, suggests that two of the eye witnesses of the incident, which dates back to 2002, have identified Salman. In their witnesses have informed the prosecutor that, on the fateful night after mowing down five people sleeping on a footpath outside a bakery in suburban Bandra, Salman got off from his big white car (Land Rover) and looked like being in an inebriated condition.

Earlier in 2011 prosecution demanded to revise the charges from section 304-A of the IPC (causing death by negligence) to Section 304-II (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) which attracts a maximum punishment of 10 years.

It is also noteworthy to mention here that, four witnesses who survived in the accident remained missing for years, but were traced by the investigating agency off late, leading to the recent developments in the case.
