One such incident occurred with the actor Gaurav Pandey outside his house in Versova recently. A young girl fan came from Agra to see him and stood outside his house wanting to propose him. The actor's security tried to stop her but to no avail as she did end up catching a hold of Gaurav.

Sources close to the actor confirmed the news saying, `The girl had come down from Agra to meet Gaurav. Gaurav was touched with this show of affection. She was hysterical when she saw him so he tried to calm her down and also gave her his autograph.`

During this meeting, Gaurav got to know that she has eloped from home to come to Mumbai, he immediately called her parents and informed them of their daughter's safety and asked them to take her home. The actor was a perfect gentleman and was happy to bring a smile on the girl's face. He was left speechless with this fan's love for him. Gaurav who was last seen playing the role of a friend named Shonty to Varun Dhawan in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania had a first time experience with the crazy side of stardom. Shonty plays the research specialist in the film and pulls off hilarious acts as Humpty's friend.
