Junior Bachchan, Abhishek gets inspired by Mr perfectionist! Yes post Dhoom 3, co-star Aamir Khan left a positive impact on Jr Bachchan as Aamir had toiled in the gym just to get the perfect look for the film.

Allegedly Abhishek hired a personal trainer Prashant Sawant, who is helping him to get in shape. Abhishek has lost weight and plan to slim down more for his home production, which would be directed by Amit Mehra.

The actor has been wearing a band around his wrist to monitor is diet and keep a check the intake of calories. He confirmed wearing the band saying that it helps him keep a track on his calories intake and how much he has burnt as he wants to look perfect for his home production which would hit the floor by November.

According to the buzz Abhishek has cut down on the favourite part of the meal i.e is dessert! He is following a strict diet given to him by his trainer Sawant, keeping in mind the look for his home production.


The source also added that Abhishek would be touring for the promotion of his upcoming film 'Happy NewYear' accompanied by his co-stars- Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. The actor deems that he need to be in a good shape because he's touring after a long time and in addition to that immediately after the tour and release, he will start the work on his home production.
