Nautank Films' upcoming release 'Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami' is story on a common man and his relationship with his sons. Recently, it has got Shahrukh Khan emotional. When the actor was introduced to this concept, and shown the rushes of the film, he was very touched. SRK was reminded of his father through the story. The movie is a satire about the life of a common man. SRK liked the theme of the story- two sons trying to get their father the highest form of honour. It is every son's dream to get his father the ultimate sign of respect. Shahrukh got emotional and said, he will support the film thereby launching the trailer.

Producer Abhihav shukla said, 'Mr. Khan liking the film is a great morale booster for us. As a producer I always wanted to make entertaining. Massy yet meaningful cinema and this movie is my first step towards it.'


The superstar feels that Ekkees Toppon ki Salaami is a film that everyone should relate to. It stars Anupam Kher, Neha Dhupia, Divyendu Sharma, Manu Rishi, Aditi Sharma and Rajesh Sharma. The movie is directed by Ravindra Gautam, and produced by Abhinav Shukla. It will hit the theatres on 19th September.
