Avinash Tiwary was shooting the climax sequence with Big B, when he accidentally elbowed him on his head.

Avinash says, "We were shooting a one-on-one sequence, and I was already nervous. Bachchanji had to punch me and I had to dodge him and elbow him on his back. Unfortunately, I missed the swing and hit him on his head. I was afraid I might have hurt him badly. The whole set was shocked. I started apologising profusely to him, but he calmly told me to hit him. Then, he added, 'You know, this is like choreography.
