Shalmali Kholgade has established herself as one of the most promising young playback singers in Bollywood. Having belted out several hits like Pareshaan, Daaru Desi and Lat Lag Gayee, she`s ready with her latest song 'Janiyaa Jaaniyaa' for upcoming movie 'Pocket Gangsters'.

According to the sources, Shalmali has a great time recording the love song with Music directors Lucky - Navi. The trio bonded well in the music studio and the song was completed within a few hours. Lucky Narula, who penned the lyrics for song also made a few additions to the original piece and it came out well. They were full of praises for the singer.

The song is twice in the movie. One is the male version, sung by Navi Singh and the female version by Shalmali Kholgade. The duo informed that, working with Shalmali was an awesome and enriching experience. They even added that, she is one of the best versatile singers of India.

Pocket Gangsters is an high octane thriller flick directed by Hemant Nilim Das and produced by Vikram M Shah. The movie stars Madhur Mittal of Slumdog Millionaire fame and is slated to released later this year under the banner Ciemme Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
