Hrithik Roshan says he changed his shoes several times during the shoot of a song in his upcoming film "Bang Bang" to get the dance steps right.

The 40-year-old actor has wowed the audience with his moves in the high-octane dance number 'Tu Meri' along with Katrina Kaif. There were reports that Hrithik's starry tantrums while filming the song caused problems on the sets. "Let people think whatever they want to. I wanted to get the steps right. I have to protect my knees.

I want to dance till I am 95-year-old, so for that I have to do all these things," he told reporters at the launch of the new Rado DiaMaster Ceramic collection here. "If I have any work in front of me I have to do it with excellence and if it needs me to change 10 pairs of shoes, I will do that," he says. "Bang Bang", directed by Siddharth Raj Anand, is the remake of Hollywood film "Knight and Day", which starred Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz.

The film, also starring Danny Denzongpa and Jaaved Jaffrey, will hit theatres on October 2. "Bang Bang" is Hrithik's first release of 2014. He was last seen on the big screen in 2013 in "Krrish 3".

"I am not going slow or anything. I was preparing for this film. Besides that I was also recovering from my brain surgery. So, it took this long to get back on the big screen," he said.
