Aditya Roy Kapur will be working out on a mobile gym even as he travels for the promotions of his upcoming film 'Daawat-e-Ishq'

Aditya Roy Kapur is one fitness conscious man. Sources say that the actor, who will be travelling across the country by road as part of promotions for his upcoming film, 'Daawat-e-Ishq', will be working out on a mobile gym so to stay in shape all along.

It may be pointed out that Aditya needs to sport a leaner physique for his next film, Fitoor. Accordingly, the actor has been working out feverishly. He has already lost around 15kg in the past few months.

Says a source, `Now that he is going away on this road trip, his fitness schedule was becoming a matter of concern. Besides, he's a foodie and thus tends to gain weight quickly. So now, as per his trainer's instructions, he has decided to carry along his basic mobile gym equipment. The actor will take an hour off from his daily schedule in order to work out and stay in shape.`

Aditya's spokesperson confirms the story. "His trainer was extremely worried since Aditya has been following a strict diet and workout regime in order to get in shape. Now that he is going on a food trip with no access to a gym, the trainer has asked him to work out using mobile gym equipment."

Aditya too confirmed the news. "Yes, I am going to enjoy eating many delicacies as part of my film's promotions, but at the same time, I will be burning calories in my mobile gym," he said.
