Actor Abhishek Bachchan has denied reports that he has fired his existing publicist team, saying he is very much together with them.

It was reported earlier that the 'Dhoom 3' star had hired a new publicist to handle the increase inflow of queries from media regarding his upcoming multi-starrer project 'Happy New Year' after the poor performance of the previous agent.

"Just for the record... I don't believe in firing people. My team is just that... A TEAM! We stick together. @MediaRaindrop," Abhishek tweeted.

The 38-year-old actor is currently busy promoting the film with his co-stars Shah Rukh Khan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah and Deepika Padukone in the US.


The Farah Khan-directed film will hit theatres on October 24, a day after Diwali.
