Lisa Haydon who is playing the lead role In the remake of Shaukeen (1983) that has Akshay Kumar in a special appearance is all praises for her co-star. She gushes, "I have deep respect for Akshay's work, and have watched a lot of his films in the last six-seven years.

I love watching him on the big screen because I feel that it lights up when he is on it," She reveals, that is was a "monumental task" for her to take up work in a film that also has actors like Annu Kapoor, Piyush Mishra and Anupam Kher.
