Oscar award winning movie Slumdog Millionaire choreographer and colossus of choreography, Longinus Fernandes is making news again by choreographing a village wedding song in the back drop of Sundarbans for the soon to be released movie 'Roar' - The tigers of Sundarbans. Roar is a Bollywood film directed by Kamal Sadanah, produced Abis Rizvi and written jointly by Kamal Sadanah and Abis Rizvi. The first look of the film was launched by Salman Khan at an event in Mumbai on 31st July, 2014, ahead of the film's release on 31 October, 2014.

`I am grateful to my old college friend Abiz Rizvi and the director Kamal for giving me a free hand to do my stuff in the song and I really enjoyed working for this movie,` says Longi (as he is popularly known). `Roar is going to be loved by children and adults alike because of the story line, effects, chases created to go with the originality of Sundarbans and of course the dance sequence,` adds Longi.

Before the doing the choreography Longi got a chance to see the life of the villagers and their marriage celebrations. He incorporated those aspects in the choreography and made it different from the conventional Bollywood steps in the movie where 50 - 100 people dancing in the back drop of the village wedding. `The Indian origin, South African actress in the movie, Himarsha has done a wonderful job in the dancing sequence and she will certainly get the praises of the audience,` says Longi.

The story of the movie revolves around the Sundarbans, where a photo journalist Uday gets killed by a tiger. His brother Pundit seeks to avenge his brother's murder but the things don't work according to his plans and everything starts turning back on himself. The tiger starts taking life of one by one from his team.

The star casts of the movie are Abhinav Shukla as Pundit, Himarsha as Jhumpa, Achint Kaur as Forest officer, Subrat Dutta as Bheera, Veerendra Singh Ghuman as Cheema, Naura Fatehi as CJ, Ali Quli as Hero amongst others.

`The good thing about Roar is, it is stylish, has good lyrics, wonderful photography and the promo song is also different from the conventional ones,` concludes Longi.
