Upset with the production house for shunning his publicity team, the actor demanded a written apology

This young, married actor has a couple of not-so-successful films in his kitty and is now busy promoting his upcoming film along with his co-stars. While he feels that he is not getting enough coverage, the production house is of the opinion that the actor's marketing team is interfering too much in the film publicity campaign.

A source says, "The actor is not happy with the way he has been promoted by the production house. His marketing team accompanies him wherever he goes and keeps putting its suggestions across. This irked the production house and they indirectly asked the actor not to bring his team along during the promotional activities."

The production house had recently organised a press meet for the film's star cast. Though this particular actor was not supposed to be a part of it, he landed up at the venue and started giving interviews. "His marketing team was, however, not allowed to enter the event. He is considering that as his personal insult. He even demanded a written apology from the production house as a condition to resume promotions," the source adds.
