Yami Gautam apparently vanished from one film's promotions to attend another's... but that is not all

Yami Gautam was supposed to be present at Mehboob Studios recently for the promotions of her upcoming film, 'Action Jackson'. She arrived at the venue as scheduled, but instead headed for the promotions of her other project, 'Badlapur', at the same studio.

What unfolded next was even stranger. Halfway through the 'Badlapur' event, she disappeared yet again. A source says onlookers found her behaviour rather odd.

Adds the source, "She went missing from the 'Action Jackson' event while her other co-stars were present. The film is due for release next week, but she preferred to be part of the promotions of Badlapur that is scheduled for February."


A source close to the actress, however, explains, "Yami took the consent of the producers of her films to do whatever she did. It's a packed schedule for her. She has been juggling the promotions of the two films. At the same time, she is busy prepping up for two other films, 'Junooniyat' and Divya Khosla Kumar's next. 'Junooniyat' rolls later this week in Kashmir, so she had to go for a look test."
