Saif is playing a villain in Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara (Macbeth adaptation) and to give it a feel, he has gone under the skin of his character.

He has deglamorised himself to the point of yellow teeth and walk with limp. In an interview he revealed, "In Omkara my character uses other people's frailties and blind spots to his own advantage. He has no interaction with women. I'd say he's... impotent."

The actor is doing this rough role to add a different genre to his list of characters he has played so far. He feels Omkara is a really good adaptation of Shakespeare's Othello and even better than Vishal's previous Maqbool was to Macbeth.

But Saif really wants to finish playing this role soon, as he is finding it tough being in villain shoes. He is OK with make-up and costume but he is findig it extremely hard keeping with the hair style (In part stories we already told you that he is sporting almost bald look for the film).

The actor said. "The haircut and the commitment to keep it short for the whole shoot...these have me freaked out. I think Vishal and I need to rake on something larger-than-life the next time. Hamlet perhaps!"

The language and look of Omkara has been given a UP setup.
