The most loved couple on-screen, Superstar Shah Rukh Khan and the vivacious Kajol would again share the silver screen in Rohit Shetty's next!

Kajol and SRK fans wait is finally over. SRK has given thumbs up to Rohit Shetty's next film. Also there has been a grapevine, that Kajol has also been finalized to play the female lead in the film. Though, there has been no official statement in the context but according to the sources SRK and Kajol have given a green flag to the film.

Not only this, SRK's production house, Red Chillies would be producing the film as well. However, earlier there was a buzz that Ajay Devgn would be producing the film, but seeing King Khan's interest, Rohit joined hands with Shah Rukh keeping in mind the box office success of their previous film 'Chennai Express'.


Rohit Shetty has completely denied the rumours of the film being a remake. He stated that the film has an original script and is no where close to being a remake. Other than the blockbuster jodi, even Varun Dhawan is part of the team.

It would be exciting to see Kajol and SRK romance onscreen once again and revive the old magic of 'Raj and Simran'.
