The actor now appears to have touched a chord with the audience with his brilliant performance in the film. According to the reviews, the actor has been receiving rave reviews for his act. Fans are eager to watch their favourite actor play an invisible hero. Suffice to say, it seems like Emraan Hashmi saved the film.


According to sources, the film has made 5.5 Crores on its first day. Even though it started slow, from what we can hear, 'Mr. X' has been received well in cities like Surat, Ahmedabad and parts of North India & Maharashtra. The actor's huge fan following has contributed to the film's success in a big way. The opening weekend is expected to cross 20-22 crores, making it a big one for Hashmi.
