What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
As a novice rock climber, I scaled the face of an 80-foot sheer cliff at Point Dume in Malibu, California – right where the Pacific Ocean crashes into the base of the rock. It was very strenuous, and maybe a little crazy, but a huge thrill to reach the top.

Athletic ability, music (violin and singing), public speaking, writing, dancing, acting, academic ability.

Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
Nadine Robinson. Nadine is one of my personal heroes. Despite being ventilator-dependent and confined to a bed or wheelchair at the age of 30 due to severe health problems, she has continued to live with faith, hope, and purpose. She is an inspiration to me and an outstanding example of perseverance amidst unthinkable trials.

Describe how you envision yourself in five years?
In five years I will have completed college and will be enrolled in graduate school in pursuit of my doctorate. I also hope to be involved in the entertainment industry, doing modeling, television work and other opportunities that may arise. The constant factors for me, no matter what my life circumstances, will be loyalty to my family and friends and continuing integrity in my personal convictions.

What else do you want the judges to know about you?
I would make a wonderful Miss Teen USA! I am mature and dependable. Since I have graduated from high school, I will be totally available and committed to fulfill all the responsibilities and opportunities that this title affords. I am a well-rounded person and am very qualified for this job. I am a good speaker and writer and would represent the MUO with class and distinction. I am also flexible, fun-loving and friendly. I love to travel, and I am not intimidated by new situations or big cities. New York, here I come!
