What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
The craziest thing I've ever done was taking my sister's place in the Miss Minnesota Teen USA pageant. When the age requirement changed, she was three days too old. Disappointed as she was, she encouraged me to enter and to put her pageant wardrobe to good use! With her blessing, I won the pageant in her evening gown and high heels!

Selected to appear as the cover model for a professional modeling brochure circulated to 10,000 Minnesota teens.

What are your strongest talents?
Making others feel comfortable, compassion for people of all different backgrounds, not following the crowd, and being true to myself are some of my strongest talents.

Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
Brittany. My family has a huge impact on me, but if I have to choose one person it would be my best friend Brittany because she is so confident and funny. She takes risks and accepts challenges and has fun doing it... and she is so much fun to be around!

Describe how you envision yourself in five years?
In five years I envision myself to be a college graduate, having traveled throughout Europe and enjoying my chosen profession.

What else do you want the judges to know about you?
I was not brought up in the pageant world. I was raised in a small community, and I'm just a real down-to-earth teenager who enjoys life.
