Fiona Hefti

Fiona was born in Zurich, spent two years from the age of 3 in Tunisia, (due to her fathers work). At 16 again her family moved, this time to Paris and she spent two years in high school, after which she finished her secondary education in Zurich. On completion of her general education she took a year off and went traveling around Europe. On completion of her travels he resumed her studies at University in psychology, pedagogic, languages, art and sports. Her ambition is to be a primary school teacher. Hobbies include: Reading, Cooking, and most sport, tennis, aerobics, dance and driving. Her personal motto would be "Treat all people like you want to be treated.


Where did you grow up? Tell us a little about your home town/city, and family.
I grew up in Zurich with my parents and my brother. I like my hometown because it is a nice city, not too big, with a lake and beautiful nature.

What Jobs have you done? What was the most interesting/bizarre?
I did a lot of jobs, like working in restaurants, taking care of children, modelling….

What are your career ambitions, how do you plan to realise them?
I hope to be a good teacher one day.

What is the proudest moment of your life? (Not including winning your National Title)
I am always a little proud when I can make other people happy.

What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
In the middle of a busy airport when one of my heels came off my high heels and I had to limp away undetected…

What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
My life changed a lot but I have not changed.

What would you like to do, if you became Miss World 2004?
I would like to help people who are not as privileged as I am.

If you had a personal motto what would it be?
I have a personal motto: Treat all people like you want to be treated!

Give details of any charitable work undertaken?
I will have many occasions to do charitable work during this year and I will.
