Peanut Butter Balls Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3 cup Rice Krispies
  • ¼ bar Paraffin wax
  • 2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 cup powdered Sugar
  • 500 gms Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter together.
  2. Mix in sugar and vanilla. Stir in rice krispies (chidwa, pressed rice flakes). Make equal sized balls of the mixture.
  3. Melt the chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler.
  4. Dip the balls in the chocolate-paraffin mixture.
  5. Place them on a cookie sheet, which has been covered with waxed paper. Pop into freezer for 5 minutes to set.


Tip: Prevent dried fruit or nuts from sinking to the bottom of your batters by coating them lightly with flour first.
