Aamir Khan who had gone to US with wife Kiran Rao and son Azaad returned on Tuesday late evening. Despite being jet lagged after a long flight from New York he sent both of them home and visited the sets of Ram Wadhwani's film.

Ram Wadhwani and Aamir Khan go back a long way and Aamir wanted to meet him on the day of the mahurat. Sources from the set reveal that he also gave the mahurat clap.


A source from the unit revealed that Ram was very surprised to see him on the sets. "Everyone was very surprised to see Aamir Khan because we all had thought that since he was jet lagged he wouldn't be able to come. But he came straight from the airport and was there for an hour. He was chatting with the actors and Ram. He also saw the huge set which has been erected in Borivalli."
