The pretty actress who has been following a strict fitness regime now has gone ahead and chosen a fun way to fitness with Zumba.
Zumba is a fitness regime that helps you work on your entire body and also helps in building strength and enjoying throughout the process.
Yami has recently picked this up and is enjoying workouts like never before as this includes dance and music.
She feels that it also makes you feel upbeat when you start your day with Zumba.
So, she did her research and invested in some interesting Zumba DVDs which she starts her day with.
They are also with Yami in her bag when she is traveling for shoots.
Says Yami, "Zumba is an absolute fun way to stay fit. The music and dance routine helps you release stress and keeps you very happy. In fact, you are smiling throughout the session which is the best way to start your day. I've been enjoying it so far and it has been a whole lot of fun. Besides, I can do this wherever I go and at my own pace."
The actress is currently in the midst of her shooting schedule for her next. She recently wrapped up a long schedule in Patiala for the same.
