District and Session Court here will hear tomorrow the revision petition of film actors Salman Khan, Tabbu and Sonali Bendre challenging the framing of charges against
them in a poaching case of Kankani during the shooting of film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998.
Advocate H M Saraswat has filed this petition on behalf of the film stars.
The criminal revision petition has been filed against the order of the Judicial Magistrate Jodhpur, who framed the charges against Salman Khan under Indian Penal Code,
Wild Life Protection Act and Indian Arms Act.
