A bad news for all Aishwarya fans. The stunning beauty has been diagnosed with Laryngitis and couldn't speak a word after her return from the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Australia.

Aishwarya Rai along with other Bollywood stars had joined hands with Indian sporting icons in inviting the world to Delhi for the Commonwealth Games in 2010 in a 11-minute programme in Melbourne.

Aishwarya also had also recently completed a shooting schedule in Rio de Janeiro with Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan for Yash Raj Films Dhoom 2 where she plays a negative role. But now the actress has had to postpone the shoot of J P Dutta's Umrao Jaan in Lucknow. However the good news is that the actress is fast recovering.

Perhaps the world tour has exhausted Aishwarya quite a bit and taken a toll on her health.
