Sunny Leone, who had been shooting in Goa for the upcoming season of a dating reality show 'Splitsvilla 8' for the past few weeks, has taken a three-day break to return to Mumbai and resolve a police complaint against her.

Earlier this month, a social activist in Dombivli had filed an FIR against the former porn star for posting "indecent" content on her website. Sunny recorded her statement at the Thane police headquarters yesterday in connection with the case. Circulating obscene content on the Internet carries a punishment of up to five years in jail.
A source says, "She was supposed to complete shooting for Splitsvilla by end of this week, as it is about to go on air. The schedule was on track, but Sunny Leone wanted to take a break for three days and has cited the FIR issue as the reason. She will shoot for the show's promo on one of the days of her break though."
Sunny Leone refrained from sharing details of her break saying, "We would appreciate you respecting our privacy."
On Sunday, a fresh FIR was registered against the actress, Google CEO Larry Page and a Bollywood magazine in Ajmer for allegedly spreading obscenity.
