After months of his controversial post on late cartoonist RK Laxhman, Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has been slammed by a man named Dr Jagbir Rathee for allegedly sharing his poem on social media by someone else's name.

This time Big B, shared a poem on the social networking sites and a man, named Dr Jagbir Rathee, claimed that the poem, which was shared by Big B, was written by him in 2006. However, Big B gave credit to someone else while sharing the poem on social media.

Rathee is director of Youth Welfare Department at Maharishi Dayanand University at Rohtak. According to sources the said poem is from Rathee's book 'Maati Ka Chulha' which was published in 2006.

Rathee slapped a Rs 1 crore notice on Big B, stating that he has been trying to contact the Bollywood star through Facebook and Twitter. But all his attempts went in vain.

After all his failed attempts to contact Big B, Rathee decided to send this legal notice to Big B who has been given a 15-day time to respond to the notice sent.

It has been learnt that the controversial poem was shared on Big B's Twitter account by one of his followers -- Vikas Dubey. Later the actor shared the same poem giving credit to Dubey and not to Rathee.

The Bollywood actor had faced similar kind of situation when he had shared a cartoon of RK Laxman who passed away in Jan, 2015.

Twitter and Facebook were flooded with tributes to the famous cartoonist. A person by the username of Roflindian 2.0 posted one cartoon on RK Laxman on Twitter.

The next day Big B posted the same cartoon without any credit to Roflindian 2.0. The cartoonist tried to attract Big B's attention towards.

Later, Big B clarified the whole controversy while tweeting, "A clarification : the cartoons on RK Laxman's passing are the creative outputs of @Roflindian .. I got them on my mail and posted !"
