Sidharth's mother has been extremely concerned about Sidharth's health. Reason being, the actor has been constantly gaining and losing weight for his characters on screen.
After Hasee Toh Phasee, Sidharth gained weight for Ek Villian. Immediatedly after which he pumped iron and bulk up for his role in Brothers.
Sidharth gained 6 - 8 kgs in less than two months for Bothers. He drastically changed his diet, work out regime and eating patterns for his role.
However once he finished shooting for Brothers he had to go back to being lean for Shakun Batra's Kapoor and Sons.
Sidharth again had to lose all the muscle weight and change his look.
With the constant change in body, the actor's mother has been concerned about his health. He has put on and lost weight in quick succession and that she feels is not medically advisable.
Spokesperson of Sidharth shares, "Sidharth likes to get into the skin of his characters. He feels it is essential to get the look of his character right. His mother is really proud and supportive of how he has opted for versatile roles. However she feels he should pay more attention to his health."
