She sent the notices to film director Omung Kumar and actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan through her advocate.
Threatening to move court, Baljinder Kaur, who claims that she is Sarabjit's real sister not Dalbir Kaur, said, "I am not against a movie on the life of my brother, he died for this country. All I want is that his real story be shown to people and not what is being portrayed."
Dalbir Kaur had been spearheading a campaign for the release of Sarabjit from Pakistan prison and she was the only sister who used to talk to the media and officials on his behalf.
Baljinder also attached a copy of her family tree along with the notice. "I also want my DNA test to be conducted and matched with Sarabjit's daughters," she said.

She also contradicted the popular story about her brother crossing over to Pakistan in an inebriated condition. She said her brother did not cross the border in a drunken state and claimed that he was an agent of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), external intelligence wing of the defence forces.
"Why belittle his sacrifice by portraying him as an alcoholic, who crossed the border under the influence of liquor. It is not correct," said Baljinder. She said she wouldn't let anyone blemish her brother's name and wouldn't even mind going to Mumbai to explain the truth.
Kaur had earlier sent a similar notice to filmmaker Subhash Ghai in June 2014 following reports that he was going to produce a movie on the life of Sarabjit. The plans to make the movie were later shelved.
When contacted, Dalbir Kaur said the world knows who has done what for Sarabjit. However, she refused to answer any more questions on Baljinder.
