Shahid Kapur and Kareena Kapoor, one of the hottest couples in tinsel town, are hoping Subhash Ghai's "36 China Town" will finally weave magic for them as an on-screen
pair.
Abbas-Mustan have directed the film and the couple sound upbeat about it.
At the music launch of the film, Kareena said: "Abbas-Mustan are special to me and Mukta Arts is just like family. I am glad to be associated with them and I feel elated
about all my co-stars in the film."
"I am just a couple of years old in the industry and have had the privilege of working with the top names in the business. I thank Subhash-ji and my directors Abbas-Mustan
for having given me this opportunity," said Shahid.
Shahid and Kareena will also be seen in Boney Kapoor's next, "Milenge Milenge", and Priyadarshan's "Chup Chupke". But right now all their hopes are pinned on "36 China
Town".
They came together for the first time in Ken Ghosh's flop show "Fida"
