"I thought I should rather concentrate on my content which would be better for me in the long run rather than changing my name. It would be better if the comparison is on the basis of the films we make rather than the name. Name's no big deal," the debutant director said.
"The Silent Heroes", he said, is an "adventurous film" with all ingredients of a thriller, having all ingredients of a taut thriller set against the backdrop of the Himalayas.
"You can draw parallels between this film and any other international adventurous thriller film. And at its core, it is fully a family entertaining film," he added.
"The Silent Heroes" features 13 deaf children with full grit to look confident on the screen, said the director.
"I wanted to do the film with real deaf children who have actually gone through the pain and hardships of being handicapped because only they could have done justice to the roles... and they have," he added.
"The Silent Heroes" is slated to release in September 2015.
