Konkana Sen Sharma has something to offer. The young actress who took a lot of inspiration from Mrs. Laxmi Das for her upcoming film Gour Hari Dastaan, wants to gift her a saree.

Konkana has specially purchased the sari from her hometown Kolkata. It's a beautiful peach and white authentic Bengali sari that she personally shopped for.

It's a small gesture to thank Mrs. Laxmi Das for all the help and support that was offered during the shoot of the film. Konkona always gets into the character and delivers her best onscreen.

She usually spends a lot of time preparing before she faces the camera

Gour Hari Dastaanis a biopic based on the freedom fighter Gour Hari Das, where Konkona plays Mrs. Laxmi Das, wife of Gour Hari Das. Konkona spent a lot of time understanding her character for which Laxmi Das helped her in the best possible manner.

This was Konkona's way of saying thanks to the lovely lady!

When asked the actress on the same she says, " I troubled Ms. Das a lot J ... I literally stayed with them for over 40 days- they treated me just like their daughter. This is just a small way to thank them not only for the inspiration I got from them but the love they showered during my stay."
