"I am really happy to be in Kerala after a long time and I am going to be in Munnar for almost a month shooting for the film," Amitabh told reporters at the airport.
When asked whether he would visit Sabarimala, Amitabh shot back and said: "I have come for film shooting."
Amitabh, who reached here early morning and whisked away by a group of police personnel, was advised to come after the completion of second phase of Kerala assembly polls, which got over on Saturday.
Amitabh teams up with popular South Indian actress Revathy for "Nishabd" which will also introduce several new faces.
