The Sri Lankan beauty is a vegan and does not consume sugar. She says, `It's called a skin diet but it's not about getting skinny. This is about maintaining the PH levels in your skin through a balanced diet of acidic and alkaline food.`
Jacky is currently filming for Rohit Dhawan's Dishoom with Varun Dhawan and John Abraham; and Remo D'souza's: A Flying Jatt with Tiger Shroff. The shoots have kept her on her toes and reaffirmed the importance of remaining fit and healthy. She says, `All my co-stars are so fit and keep me on my toes. I'm doing a lot of action this year and need to be strong and immune to injury.`
Unbelievable as it may seem, Jacqueline also had problems related to acne and pigmentation while growing up. The actress has dedicatedly followed various tips to maintain her flawless skin. She says, `It all comes down to what you put in your mouth. The idea of the book came to me when I was asked to blog about fitness. I decided instead to compile my journey to no eye bags, no stomach aches and no eczema through 12 chapters of a book.`
Through this book, Jacqueline wishes to reveal the simple tips she follows like drinking a glass of lukewarm water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, cleansing and toning with specific creams and never sleeping with makeup on.
