It will be a working birthday for the actor, who is starring with Deepika in Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamasha'.
"I don't believe in birthdays. It makes me feel sad. I know most people feel special on this day. But I am happy when I am working. It's great to do work," Ranbir told reporters here at the trailer launch of 'Tamasha'.
Deepika interrupted him asking, "How can we make it (your birthday) special for you?"
When asked what gift would she give to Ranbir on his birthday, Deepika said, "He has everything... lots of good wishes, love and happiness to him."
While Imtiaz suggested to Deepika to give Ranbir a cheque. To which Ranbir jokingly said, "I would prefer cash."
On being asked if he would have a dinner with his family and rumoured girlfriend Katrina Kaif, he said, "We have had lots of nice family dinners. My parents (Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh) are in India they have come back from London." 'Tamasha' hits the screens on November 27.
