Bhushan Kumar's sister Khushali Kumar has conceptualised and acted in the 'Mainu Ishq Da Lagya Rog' music video.

The song has been rendered by her sister, Tulsi Kumar. The track is from their yesteryear production, 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin' (1991).

Though the styling is distinct from the original song, the video has retained the white cap from the film starring Aamir Khan and Pooja Bhatt.
