It's been over a year since Chitrangda Singh announced her plans to turn producer.

Word is that the film will also star the hottie. But it won't roll until mid-2016 since Chitrangda needs to wrap up Kushan Nandy's Babumoshai Bandookbaaz with Nawazuddin Siddiqui first. The dusky beauty has been missing from the Bollywood scene, except for her appearance in an item song in Akshay Kumar-starrer Gabbar Is Back earlier this year.

The actress has also bought the rights to make a film on hockey player Sandeep Singh, who made a successful return to the sport after being hit by a bullet in a freak accident.
