When it comes to promoting his films or a friend's project, Aamir Khan goes all out on social networking sites. However, not once has he spoken about brother Faisal Khan's film, 'Chinar: Daastaan-E-Ishq', which is set to release tomorrow.
While Faisal says his bhaijaan doesn't have the time, he also admits he's wary of seeking feedback. "I haven't shown my film to Aamir. He is busy shooting for his next in Ludhiana, which is why he hasn't said or written anything about my film. Besides, he is a perfectionist and I am not sure if he would like the film. In fact, even I feel that certain portions of the film could have turned out better. I don't want to show the film to him; I know what his reaction will be," adds the actor.
Is it weird though that an actor making a comeback after a decade isn't confident of the project he is part of? "All I can say is that my team and I have given our best to make a good film. But since I have worked in films and theatre earlier, I understand that a few things are not up to the mark. The film is made on a shoestring budget and it won't be fair to keep expecting the producers to shell out money till we are satisfied with the final product," he explains. Faisal, however, confesses he shares a good rapport with Aamir, who has offered him the post of script doctor in his production house.
